DIY DECORATIVE FLOWERS | Paper Flowers Who does not love flowers? Of course, they are one of the most beautiful yet simple creations of this world!. It's an astonishing feel when you look a tree full of blossoming flowers. So why don't we try to create these flowers by applying the art of crafting? It's really easy and fun to make. All you need is a craft paper and lots of interest to make. Items Craft Papers Scissors Stapler Glue Steps Take a craft paper and cut a square of size 15 cm from it. Fold in half diagonally and crease. Position the paper like an upside-down triangle as shown. Fold again in half, bringing the two corners at the top together as shown. Fold in half again. Now, fold again, bringing the side to meet the top as shown. Cut a curve along the top. Now, cut two curved triangles along the folded side as shown in the video. Unfold the last two folds of the paper and then cut a slit along the crease lines as shown. Unfold the paper entirely. Fold the paper in half again and staple near the bottom at one side as shown. Fold along the next crease line and staple. Repeat the same with all the creases. Cut off the bottom as shown. Now, spread the paper gently as shown, forming a flower-like shape. Take a strip of the same craft paper and fold it in half along the longer side. Cut slits along the unfolded side as shown. Roll the strip of paper and stick the end in place. Gently curl the slits outwards forming a tassel. Stick the tassel in the middle of the flower. Your decorative flower is ready for use! Tips: 1. You can use any other type of paper like chart paper, cardstock, or even oil paper to make this flower. 2. You can use some sombre patterned or embossed paper for a pretty flower. 3. You can also use old thick magazine papers to make this flower. 4. Use a larger square for a larger flower and a smaller square for a smaller flower.
