New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy has filed some documents, including the Income Tax order’s assessment that has fined 413 crore on the Young Indian company of Sonia Gandhi, in the ongoing National Herald case’s. He also claimed that in the order of the Income Tax assessment, it has been documented how the companies associated with Young Indian Company are fake. He said, “Sonia Gandhi and others related to the case were questioned in this regard. The order was served to her.” The court has reserved its notice on the issue. In November last year, Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia had filed their response to the application filed by Swamy.
