Dhaba Style Aloo Matar Keema Ingredients Ghee - 4 tsp Bay leaf - 1 no Cinnamon - 1 no Cloves - 4 no Cardamom pods - 3 no Chopped onion - 2 no Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp Chopped tomato - 2 no Salt Chopped potato - 1 no Green peas - 1/2 cup Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chili powder - 2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Cumin powder - 2 tsp Minced meat - 200 gms Chopped green chili - 2 no Method: 1.Take a wide saucepan, add 4 tsp of ghee, whole spices - 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 4 cloves, 3 cardamom pods and 2 chopped onion. Saute it till onions turn brown. 2.Keep the flame on low and add 1 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Quick stir. 3.Keep the flame on high and saute with 2 chopped tomato and little salt. 4.Add 1 chopped potato, 1/2 cup of green peas and mix well. 5.Now, add spice powders - 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of chili powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 2 tsp of cumin powder with 200 gms of minced meat. 6.Mix it well and then add 2 chopped green chili and enough water. 7.Season it with salt. Cook for 30 minutes on medium flame. 8.If you want it dry, keep on high flame and cook it well. Also, you can also add sugar to balance the flavours.
