Chocolate Chip Muffins Ingredients Maida - 1 1/2 cups Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Granulated sugar - 1 cup Egg - 1 no Melted butter - 1/4 cup Milk - 3/4 cup Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Chocolate chips - 3/4 cup Method: 1.Take a glass jar. Add dry ingredients - 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour or maida, 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1 cup of Granulated sugar and mix it all together. 2.Take a glass jar. Add wet ingredients - crack open an egg and whisk it well, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 3/4 cup of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla essence and whisk it all together. 3.Now, pour wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix it well till you get dropping consistency and mix with 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. 4.Take a muffin tray and pour a ladle of batter into the muffin layers. Fill it 3/4th. 5.Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake this at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till you get a brown top. Chocolate Chip Muffins is now ready to be served.
