Hyderabad, Mar 05 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minsiter K Chandrashekhar Rao on Sunday stated that the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party have miserably failed in governance. KCR said “We see farmers suicides, why is this happening even after 70 years of independence?”. Speaking further he said both the parties have divided people in the name of caste, religion and politics and are not doing justice to them. “After Congress we voted for BJP, what happened in these 4 yrs? Nothing changed” he added. He also said that medical, education, agriculture, urban development departments should be handed over to state governments, but the centre is keeping these deparments in their hands. “Non-Congress and non-BJP front should come forward and all powers should be transferred to state governments. Centre should only keep limited powers in hand. Only then our country will develop. I will surely succeed if all of your wishes are with me” he added.
