Mumbai (Maharashtra), Jun 21 (ANI): Bollywood actor Nana Patekar performed yoga in Mumbai on the 4th International Yoga Day. State Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ wife Amruta Fadnavis was also present at the event on Thursday. On the occasion, he emphasized on the importance of breathing properly which is otherwise not possible nowadays due to stressful life. He also advised youth to prefer yoga over rage of making six-pack abs. The actor said, “More than gaining six-packs abs, breathing fresh is more important. Yoga is very important as it is very difficult to breathe properly. Also, the kind of stress that has gripped people nowadays, yoga plays an important role.” Amruta Fadnavis said, “Yoga is accepted by whole universe. So let us practice yoga daily to make ourselves fit mentally and physically.” Nana Patekar is a yoga enthusiast and hence includes yoga asanas in his routine.
