Pan-Fried Noodles with Chicken Dried Red Chilli Ingredients Boiled Noodles Chicken Breast - 100 gms Sesame oil - 2 tsp Corn flour - 1 tbsp Egg - 1 Onion Garlic Spring onion stock Spinach Red, Green, Yellow Bell peppers Chinese cabbage (Napa cabbage) Carrot Refined oil - 2 tsp Dry Red chilli - 1 Chinese wine - 1 tsp Salt to taste Aromat seasoning - 1/2 tsp Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan, place boiled noodles in the centre of the pan. 2. Let it cook until crispy at the bottom. Once done, flip it and let it cook on the other side. Both the layers become crunchy and centre part stays soft. Transfer the noodles into a plate. 3. Slit the chicken breast into two, And make thin slices. 4. Marinate the Chicken in Beaten egg, few drops of sesame oil, chinese wine, corn flour and pinch of aromat seasoning. 5. To make the Chicken dried red chilli - take some oil in a pan, and add dried red chillies. Once it darkens, add chopped garlic, and sauté. 6. Add the marinated chicken and sauté it again. 7. Add Bell peppers, carrots, onion, chinese cabbage and spinach. Add some seasoning - aromat seasoning, salt, sesame oil and chinese wine. 8. Add some water, and let it cook. 9. Add Corn flour slurry to make sauce and stir still it thickens. 10. Now, plate it over the pan fried noodles. Garnish it
