New Delhi, August 13 (ANI): The Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha were adjourned sine die amid a continuing opposition ruckus after a brief sitting on Thursday. The Rajya Sabha also bade farewell to three of its members who are set to retire in a few months. This session of Parliament which began on July 21 was a complete washout due to protests by the opposition mainly from the Congress Party, who came with the placards questioning Prime Minister Modi's silence on his tainted Ministers. There has been no significant business during the Monsoon session of the Parliament following the continuous disruption by the opposition parties over Lalit Modi scandal and Vyapam scam. The key legislations including GST bill is yet to be passed by the Rajya Sabha.
