Dubai, Aug 17 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed the members of Indian diaspora in Dubai. Modi briefed about the bilateral talks held with the leadership of Dubai regarding terrorism. He said that it is time to fight against terror irrespective of religion. Modi called upon the peace-loving countries to come together and declare their fight against terrorism. Modi said that good or bad Taliban will not work anymore. He then said that India and the United Arab Emirates will set up a multi-billion dollar fund to invest in Indian infrastructure projects and cooperate in producing military equipment, space technology and nuclear energy. The fund will aim to raise $75 billion to build railways, ports, roads and other projects in India. A joint statement by the two governments said the UAE would help India develop strategic petroleum reserves in addition to its upstream and downstream petroleum sectors.
