Chana Bhatura Ingredients All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup Semolina/Rava - 1/4 cup Curd - 1 cup Sugar - 2 tsp Salt to taste Cooking soda a pinch Ghee - 2 tsp A little Water Oil for frying Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients & knead it well. Add All purpose flour, Semolina/Rava, Salt, Sugar, Cooking soda & mix it well. 2. Now gradually add Curd & mix it well. Then add little Water & knead it into a dough. 3. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes. 4. Then add Ghee to the dough & knead again for 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Roll the dough into a small balls. Then flat it out with a rolling pin. Cut it out evenly with the help of a cutter or a simple round container, to get the round shape. 6. Deep fry in hot oil. Your Bhatura is ready. 7. Serve hot with Chana.
