San Jose, Sep 26 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday met Chairman and CEOs of major tech companies while on his second US trip after taking charge as the PM. PM Modi met Cisco CEO John T Chambers, Executive Chairman of Qualcomm Paul Jacobs, Adobe Systems President and CEO Shantanu Narayen, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, and The Indus entrepreneurs President Venkatesh Shukla in San Jose city of California. The prime minister, who is aiming at deepening ties with the US tech sector and invite them to India for investment, met the chiefs of these major tech companies and talked about varied issues. Following this, PM Modi attended Digital India and Digital Technology Dinner with the CEOs. The prime minister is expected to draw investment from these foreign companies to India. Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted, "Talking tech. Leader of @Microsoft , @google , @Qualcomm, @Cisco @Adobe and The Indus Entrepreneurs call on the PM. And a Digital Technology dinner to end the day, serving to take @_DigitalIndia to greater heights," he added.
