Rice Pakora Ingredients Cooked Rice - 1 cup Onion - 1 thinly sliced Green Chilli - 2 chopped Besan flour - 4 tsp Rice flour - 2 tsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp A few Coriander leaves chopped A few Mint leaves chopped A few Curry leaves Water Method: 1. Mix one part of Rice flour & two parts of Besan flour to the cooked Rice. 2. Add Salt, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Green Chilli, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves, Onion & Turmeric powder. 3. First, Mix it gently with out adding water. Now add little water at a time & mix gently to a consistency that is not too watery or too thick. 4. Once the oil is hot enough gently drop the mixture & Fry it till it turns crispy & golden brown colour. 5. Add Curry leaves for flavour, before straining off the pakoda's and serve it hot.
