New Delhi, Dec 14 (ANI): BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday again reiterated his concern over moves to release the juvenile accused of being associated with the December 2012 gang rape of a medical student in a bus in outer Delhi. He said that the juvenile home management must look into the mental health of the convict. He cemented his statement by saying that the Delhi High Court had finally understood the gravity of the case and hence put a restraining order on the release of the juvenile for now. He concluded by saying that the court should set an example by sending out a message that people committing heinous crimes do not have an easy way out just because they claim they are juveniles. Meanwhile, Nirbhaya's father also echoed similar sentiments, saying it would be a great shame if the convict is released on the death anniversary of Nirbhaya. He said the juvenile was already practicing jihad while in remand and could be a potential threat to the society at large if released without proper counseling.
