Chhattarpur (MP), Aug 12 (ANI): Heavy rains have left the locals and residents of Madhya Pradesh’s Chhattarpur district troubled as the water from the region’s Umril dam is overflowing into the villages. The only road which leads to the entry of the village Gararpur is heavily choked with water. School students have been seen wading through the waters and risk their lives to reach schools. Residents of the village said that they faced similar condition every year after heavy rainfall. Life has come at a standstill for these residents with basic amenities reaching them after long time intervals.
