SAMBA (Jammu and Kashmir), Apr 19 (ANI): Former constable Tej Bahadur Yadav, whose video about the poor condition food served to the para-military went viral on social media, has been dismissed by the Border Security Forces (BSF) and he was sent back to his home on Wednesday. Throwing light on the incident former constable said that he didn't get justice which he expected from the BSF and to seek justice he will move the high court. He further added that the quality of food is poor in every military force and he blamed senior officials for it. The action against Yadav has been taken under the BSF Act which is applicable to all the personnel serving the para-military. He was transferred to BSF battalion in Jammu during the enquiry, earlier he was serving in the 29th battalion of the force.
