Skinny Orange Chicken Buy: Ingredients Coconut oil Boneless Chicken Salt Pepper For Sauce Chicken Stock - 1 1/2 cups Soy sauce - 2 tsp Sriracha sauce - 3 tsp Juice of 1 no. Orange Honey - 3 tsp Chopped Garlic Chopped Ginger Orange Zest Chili Flakes - 1 tsp Brown Sugar - 1 tsp Diluted Corn Flour Toppings Sesame seeds Cooked Broccoli Method: To roast the chicken. 1.Take a pan.Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil. 2.Stir fry the boneless chicken pieces. 3.Turn the pieces as they start turning golden brown. Make sure it is cooked through. 4.Season it with salt and a dash of pepper. Toss it for the seasoning to spread. 5.Place the chicken pieces on a plate. For the Sauce 1.Take a bowl and add 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock, 2 tsp of soy sauce,3 tsp of sriracha sauce, juice of 1 orange,3 tsps of honey and mix well. 2.In the pan, add few cloves of garlic and a piece of finely chopped ginger.Pour the sauce into the pan. 3.As the sauce is simmering, grate some orange rind into it and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 4.Add a tsp of chili flakes and a tsp of brown sugar, to balance the flavour. Mix well 5.Dissolve a tsp of cornflour in water and pour the mixture in the sauce, for it to thicken. Finally 1.Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and gently mix the pieces into the sauce. 2.Garnish it with few sesame seeds. For the topping: 1.Blanch a few pieces of broccoli in a pot. 2.Season it with salt. 3.Cook it for 2 minutes. Serve the chicken with cooked broccoli
