Masala Omelette Ingredients: Egg Onion - 1 no chopped Green chilli - 1 no thinly sliced A few Coriander leaves Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Oil - 2 tsp Method: 1. In a bowl add 1 no. finely chopped Onion 2. Green Chilli 1 no finely chopped 3. Few chopped of Coriander Leaves 4. 1/2 tsp of Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp of Pepper & Salt. 5. Mix it well 6. Finally Crack open the Egg & mix it along with the ingredients. Egg Mixture is ready 7. Heat Oil in a pan. 8. Pour the Egg mixture & spread it. Keep the flame on medium low. 9. Cover with a lid for few seconds (*the egg gets a bit steamed on top and don't spill when you flip!) 10. Now flip it over & cook. 11. Serve Hot.
