Mutton Skewers Ingredients For marination: Mutton - 250 gms (Boneless) Ginger Garlic paste - 1 & 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Paprika powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Salt Lime - 1/2 slice Oil - 1 Tbsp For Skewers: Skewer sticks Onions - cut in to wedges Bell pepper - cut in to wedges Tomato - cut in to wedges Method: 1. To the boneless mutton pieces, add the ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, Paprika powder, Garam masala powder, pepper and salt 2. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lime 3. Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well so that the meat is well covered evenly 4. Let the meat marinate for atleast 6 hours 5. Skewer the meat and vegetable wedges alternatively as shown 6.
