Paneer Fingers Ingredients Paneer Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chili powder - 1/2 tsp Salt Oil All purpose flour - 4 tbsp Corn flour - 2 tbsp Water Bread Crumbs Method: 1.Cut the Paneer into finger size pieces. (Buy Paneer: 2.Add spices to it - 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of Chili powder, 1/2 tsp of Salt and Pepper. 3.Toss this and let it sit for 10 minutes. 4.For Batter, add 4 tbsp of All purpose flour or Maida, 2 tbsp of Corn flour, Salt, Pepper and mix it well with Water till getting thick consistency. 5.Dip the paneer fingers into the batter, make sure it is fully coated and put it into Bread Crumbs and coat it well. 6.Make sure the oil is nice and hot in a pan (Buy Pan set:, Gently place it into the Oil.
