Sooji Khichdi Ingredients Sooji/Semolina/Rava - 1/2 cup [Buy: https://goo.gl/fnj34L] Ghee - 2 to 3 Tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Few Cashew nuts Onion - 1 no. finely chopped Green chili - 1 no. finely chopped Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp Few Beans Carrot - 1 no. Few Green peas Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Tomato - 2 nos chopped Salt to taste Water - 3 cups Coriander leaves Buy Kadai: https://goo.gl/VHpj4b Method: 1. Heat kadai add the sooji/semolina/rava and roast it till it changes color, you will get aroma. 2. Keep the roasted sooji/semolina/rava aside. 3. In the same kadai, heat ghee, add mustard seeds, chana dal and cashew nuts. 4. When the cashew nuts turns brown add the onion, green chili and chopped ginger. 5. Saute the onion till it turns transparent. 6. Now add the vegetables beans, carrot, green peas, turmeric powder, tomato and salt. 7. Saute till tomatoes become mushy. 8. Add water and cook the vegetables. 9. Then gradually add the roasted sooji/semolina/rava and mix well. 10. Add coriander leaves and mix well. 11. Keep the flame on low close and cook it for 3 minutes. 12. Sooji Khichdi is ready and serve it with coconut chutney.
