Jashpur (Chhattisgarh), Aug 17 (ANI): A septuagenarian couple in Chhattisgarh has reinstated the belief that it is never too late for love even as they exchanged wedding vows at their village. The 75-year-old, Ratiya Ram, did not think over how the villagers and his family would react when he asked Jivani Badi, 70, to move into his house even before their marriage was solemnised. The couple, which belongs to the Korwah tribe, were separately living lonely lives in their village till they met each other, just 15 days ago and decided to live together. The Bagdol village also seemed to be in agreement with their marriage. Ram's grandson also played a role in helping them tying the knot. Dahiya went around the village, talked to elders and managed to convince them for the solemnisation. The villagers gathered in large numbers to attend the marriage ceremony and participated in the celebrations.
