Mumbai, Sep 07 (ANI): A special TADA court on Thursday pronounced the quantum of sentence for the convicts in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case. Out of the five convicts, two have been given life imprisonment, two are sentenced to death and one is awarded 10 years' imprisonment. Abu Salem and Karimullah Khan are given life imprisonment, while Tahir Merchant and Firoz Khan have been sentenced to death. Riyaz Siddiqui has been awarded with 10 years' imprisonment. On June 16, the court found six persons guilty in the serial blasts, which killed 257 people.
